Candace Schacherbauer
She is a dedicated real estate professional with DeLex Realty’s Luxury Division, proudly serving Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, she now calls Flagstaff home, where she lives full-time with her husband Dave and their Rottweiler Zoey.
Having recently completed her broker’s hours, Candace is on her way to becoming a licensed broker, building on her passion for real estate and leadership.
With dedication and drive, she currently brings expertise, integrity, and genuine care to every client! Whether selling your home, finding your first home, second home, or investment property, she believes real estate is more than a transaction, it’s about building relationships and helping others achieve their goals.
As an active community leader, Candace also serves as the Northern Arizona Social Welfare Chairperson for the Arizona Elks Association supporting charitable programs and local connections.
In her free time, she enjoys golf, hot yoga, and hiking in the beautiful mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona.
